Clients determine the number and frequency of coaching sessions; however, the full program (for clients who have not begun their projects) runs for a minimum of 12 sessions. (Sessions typically last 90 minutes and are held on a weekly or bimonthly basis.) You may opt for assistance with any aspect of your project.
