Payment Terms
For shorter projects, Poignant Pen will invoice the client when the project has been completed; at this time, the client will be asked to make full payment. For longer projects, payments will be split 50/50--Poignant Pen will invoice the client for 50% of the quoted project cost before beginning work on the project and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. Note that the quoted number of hours may be exceeded or not entirely used, in which case the second "half" of the project cost may be more or less than the first half. All payments will be processed by PayPal.Multiple-stage projects (those beginning at the developmental/intensive stage of wordsmithing and progressing to the final stage) will be quoted and invoiced when each stage has been completed.
